The IMS comprises monitoring stations and centralizing offices voluntarily designated by administrations.&nbsp;<br>Provision No. 3.14 of the RR stipulates that: \u201cto ensure compliance with these Regulations, administrations shall arrange for frequent checks to be made of the emissions of stations under their jurisdiction. For this purpose, they shall use the means indicated in Article 16, if required\u2026\u201d.<br>ITU Members shall cooperate in order to continue the development of the IMS in accordance with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/pub\/R-RES-R.23-3-2015\">ITU-R Resolution&nbsp;23-3 (2015)<\/a>&nbsp;&#8220;Extension of the International Monitoring System to a worldwide scale&#8221;.<br><br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itu.ch\/pub\/R-HDB-23\">Handbook on Spectrum Monitoring&nbsp;<\/a>developed by<a href=\"http:\/\/www.itu.ch\/ITU-R\/go\/rwp1c\/en\">&nbsp;ITU-R WP1C&nbsp;<\/a>is available for online access free of charge for TIES users.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"list-of-international-monitoring-stations-list-viii\">List of International Monitoring Stations (List VIII)<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bList VIII contains particulars of monitoring stations participating in international monitoring, together with the addresses of the centralizing offices.
