{"id":2282,"date":"2022-05-25T09:49:02","date_gmt":"2022-05-25T09:49:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itu-app42363.pagelyhosting.com\/radiocommunication\/terrestrial-services-department-tsd\/submission-of-notices\/"},"modified":"2024-01-19T09:57:14","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T09:57:14","slug":"submission-of-notices","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/itu-app42363.pagelyhosting.com\/itu-r\/tsd\/submission-of-notices\/","title":{"rendered":"Submission of Notices"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"submission-of-notices-for-terrestrial-services\">Submission of Notices for Terrestrial Services<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bSubmission of frequency assignment\/allotment notices for terrestrial services&nbsp;to the&nbsp;BR for the update of the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) and\/or for the modification of Plans&nbsp;shall be made via the secured web interface WISFAT (Web Interface for Submission of Frequency Assignments\/allotments for Terrestrial Services).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As stipulated in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/md\/R00-CR-CIR-0297\/en\">BR Circular-letter CR\/297 dated 20 January 2009<\/a>, only notices&nbsp;received&nbsp;via WISFAT, are considered as official submissions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to this interface is restricted to&nbsp;registered notifiers, therefore&nbsp;administrations shall&nbsp;appoint notifier(s) for their administration and inform the BR by sending an official e-mail to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:brmail@itu.int\">brmail@itu.int<\/a>&nbsp;giving the TIES username, name, position and&nbsp;official e-mail address.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before submitting notices via WISFAT, administrations&nbsp;are strongly recommended to validate their submissions&nbsp;using the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/ITU-R\/eTerrestrial\/eValidation\">Online Validation\u200b<\/a>&nbsp;tool\u200b.
