Dubai, 2018)]<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Representatives of&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/hub\/membership\/our-members\/directory\/?myitu-members-directory=true&amp;request=search-companies&amp;type=SEC_MEMBER&amp;sector=ITU-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sector Members<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>concerned;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li><strong>Observers, to participate in an advisory capacity<\/strong>, from:<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>the organizations and agencies referred to in Nos. 269A to 269D of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/pub\/S-CONF-PLEN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ITU Convention<\/a>;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>any other regional organization or other international organization dealing with matters of interest to the Radiocommunication Assembly.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, pursuant to <em>resolves <\/em>4 of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/pub\/S-CONF-PLEN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resolution 169 (Rev. Bucharest, 2022)<\/a> of the Plenipotentiary Conference,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/hub\/membership\/our-members\/directory\/?myitu-academia=true&amp;request=academia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Academia<\/a><\/strong><sup>1<\/sup>\u00a0shall also be admitted to the Radiocommunication Assembly 2027, as an\u00a0<strong>observer in a non-advisory capacity<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with&nbsp;Article 33 of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/pub\/S-CONF-PLEN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;ITU C\u200bonvention<\/a>, CV\/476:\u200b<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u2026The organizations referred to in Nos. 269A to 269E of this Convention and other organizations also specified in Chapter II thereof (unless they have been exempted by the Council, subject to reciprocity) and Sector Members referred to in No. 230 of this Convention which participate, in accordance with the provisions of this Conv\u200bention, in a plenipotentiary conference, in a conference, assembly or meeting of a Sector of the Union, or in a world conference on international telecommunications, shall share in defraying the expenses of the conferences, assemblies and meetings in which they participate on the basis of the cost of these conferences and meetings and in accordance with the Financial Regulations.
