wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e16\u754c\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u901a\u4fe1\u5927\u4f1a\uff08WRC\uff09\u6bcf\u4e09\u81f3\u56db\u5e74\u4e3e\u884c\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5ba1\u8bae\u5e76\u5728\u5fc5\u8981\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4fee\u8ba2\u89c4\u8303\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u9891\u8c31\u548c\u5bf9\u5730\u9759\u6b62\u536b\u661f\u53ca\u975e\u5bf9\u5730\u9759\u6b62\u536b\u661f\u8f68\u9053\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u6761\u7ea6\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/myitu\/Publications\/2020\/09\/02\/14\/23\/Radio-Regulations-2020\">\u300a\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u89c4\u5219\u300b<\/a>\u3002 \u5927\u4f1a\u6839\u636e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/zh\/council\">\u56fd\u9645\u7535\u8054\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a<\/a>\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u8bae\u7a0b\u5f00\u5c55\u4fee\u8ba2\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8bae\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5c06\u8003\u8651\u4ee5\u5f80\u82e5\u5e72\u5c4a\u4e16\u754c\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u901a\u4fe1\u5927\u4f1a\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002 \u4e16\u754c\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u901a\u4fe1\u5927\u4f1a\u8bae\u7a0b\u7684\u603b\u4f53\u8303\u56f4\u662f\u63d0\u524d\u56db\u81f3\u516d\u5e74\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u6700\u7ec8\u8bae\u7a0b\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u7535\u8054\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u5728\u5f81\u5f97\u591a\u6570\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8d5e\u540c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5728\u5927\u4f1a\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u4e24\u5e74\u524d\u786e\u5b9a\u3002
