On-line Registration to ITU-R Events
Advance registration is mandatory and will be carried out exclusively online through Designated Focal Point (DFP) for ITU-R event registration. To register, participants are required to first complete an online registration request form and subsequently receive registration approval from their DPF.

Do you have an ITU user account ?
- YES: Submit a registration request
- NOT SURE: Log in to your ITU user account to update your personal details, change or recover a password, request TIES access (ITU members only), etc.

- Fill out the registration request form. To modify your personal details, go to your ITU user account.
- Upon submission of the registration request, you will receive an acknowledgement email indicating that your request is pending focal point approval [show me an example].

- Check your ITU user account personal details.

- Once submitted, your registration request is automatically forwarded to the corresponding focal point for approval.
- Should your request remain pending approval, please contact your focal point directly.
- Without approval from their focal point, participants will not be able to participate in the event, whether physically or remotely.

- Upon the approval of the focal point, you will receive a confirmation of registration email [show me an example].
- Participants will also be notified if their registration request is rejected by the DFP.
- Advance registration is required and carried out exclusively online. ITU will not process registration requests without prior approval by the DFP of the corresponding Administration/Entity.
- A registration request can only be granted once approved by the DFP. Participants whose registration request is still pending DFP approval will not be granted access to the event venue. As a result, participants are encouraged to obtain their registration confirmation prior to the event.
